Popular corporate travel carrier, Virgin Blue, is undertaking a review of its operations and making major changes to increase competition and provide better service to Australian leisure and business travellers.
It will shortly cease domestic operations in New Zealand and boost its Trans-Tasman service to provide more flights from Sydney to our nearest international business travel destination. There will also be more services for leisure and business travellers heading to South-East Asia, the Pacific Islands, the US, South Africa and Thailand.
Virgin Blue has already opened up 490,000 more seats on flights within Australia, adding to the highly competitive environment that continues to benefit Melbourne business travellers, Sydney business travellers, Brisbane business travellers and corporate travellers flying to and from other capitals.
