Business travel company BCD Travel recommends The Marina Bay Sands Hotel in Singapore for corporate travellers looking for luxury accommodation and/or a unique world-class venue for meetings incentives conferences exhibitions.
The Marina Sands is a $5 billion resort-style hotel spanning 55 levels including an amazing rooftop Sky Park with panoramic views and one of the world’s largest outdoor pools at 151 metres. The Sky Park alone spans 12,400 sqm with a public observation deck and restaurants.
Other features of the hotel include an indoor canal, museum, 300 shops, restaurants, theatres and a 15,000 sqm casino. There are 18 different room types among the 2560 in the hotel, with 230 luxury suites.
The convention centre has 250 meeting rooms and can host more than 45,000 people.
Corporate travellers with mega bucks might opt for the 509 sqm presidential suite which contains three bedrooms and an exercise room and includes the services of a professional butler. Business travellers on a more modest budget can book a standard room from around $300AUS per night.
