A fresh approach to business travel

Corporate travellers look forward to Dreamliner

Corporate travellers are being spoiled with a range of ultra-luxury aircraft now coming onto the market.
Boeing’s 787 Dreamliner should be in the skies by now, but a series of delays has pushed the project’s timeline backwards significantly. However, the Dreamliner is reportedly ready for its first test flight this month, with plans to deliver the first Dreamliner to All Nippon Airways in the fourth quarter of 2010.
The main difference with the Dreamliner is its cutting-edge design. It is built mostly from composite materials rather than aluminum, making it lighter and more fuel efficient than other jets.
The Dreamliner is among a variety of newly-designed aircraft to excite corporate travellers. Aircraft makers are getting far more creative with the internal features of planes with a heavy emphasis on the personal comfort of passengers – a major consideration for regular business travellers.
